Nonostante non sia annunciato alcun Divas Match per Battleground, Charlotte, Sasha Banks e Becky Lynch sono a St. Louis, sede dell'evento, e potrebbero venir coinvolte nel PPV. Soprattutto a causa dell'infortunio di Ryback e dei soli sei match nella card potrebbero essere aggiunti segmenti parlati e/o match all'ultimo secondo come quello delle Divas.
