Recentemente intervistato da Sports Illustrated, l'attuale ROH World Champion Jay Lethal ha rivelato che vorrebbe affrontare Seth Rollins, attuale WWE World Heavyweight Champion, in un champion vs champion match:
"Mi piacerebbe affrontare Seth Rollins. Quanto sarebbe interessante vedere un champion vs champion match? Sicuramente non rifiuterei un match del genere. Che le due federazioni riescano a trovare un accordo per farlo è una bella storia, ma sicuramente avremmo un grande match. Non ho mai affrontato Rollins comunque,e nonostante sia un ex ROH World Champion, non ha mai subito la Lethal Injection"
