È stata finalmente annunciata la card completa di Wrestle Kingdom 13, l’evento annuale più importante della NJPW. Insieme ad altri match già precedentemente annunciati, sono stati aggiunti allo show tre nuovi match titolati. Tanahashi vs Omega per il titolo IWGP sarà il main event dello show dopo la vittoria del G1 Climax di Tanahashi e la successiva difesa della valigetta.
La New Japan Rumble, la battle royal della NJPW, che ha caratterizzato il pre-show nelle edizioni di Wrestle Kingdom degli ultimi anni è stata invece rimossa. Al suo posto, durante il pre-show, si svolgerà un gauntlet match per determinare i contender numero 1 del NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championship.
Ecco la card completa di Wrestle Kingdom 13 che, lo ricordiamo, si terrà il 4 gennaio al Tokyo Dome:

-Cody vs. Juice Robinson per il IWGP United States title;
-Guerrillas of Destiny vs. The Young Bucks vs. EVIL e SANADA per il IWGP tag team titles;
-Tomohiro Ishii vs. Zack Sabre Jr. per il British Heavyweight title;
-Yoshinobu Kanemaru e El Desperado vs. Roppongi 3K vs. BUSHI e Shingo Takagi per il IWGP Jr. tag team titles;
-Kota Ibushi vs. Will Ospreay per il NEVER Openweight title;
-Kenny Omega vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi per il IWGP title;
Non ci resta quindi che aspettare il 4 Gennaio 2019 per poter assistere a questo show che già si preannuncia imperdibile dato il livello altissimo della card.
