Il vincitore della contesa avrà la possibilità di sfidare l'attuale TNA World Heavyweight Champion Magnus al PPV Sacrifice, che si svolgerà il 27 aprile ad Orlando. Tra gli sfidanti sono già stati annunciati nove nomi: Bobby Lashley, Bully Ray, Gunner,Ethan Carter III, James Storm, Bobby Roode, Samoa Joe, Eric Young e Willow, mentre il decimo partecipante verrà rivelato in seguito.
