La WWE e i Def Rebel collaborano ormai da sei anni nella creazione delle theme songs dei wrestlers. Nonostante alcune siano ormai dei classici, come quella di Roman Reigns e Jey Uso, la maggior parte ha attirato molte critiche da parte dei fan.
Ad alimentare ancora di più la polemica sono gli stessi wrestler, alcuni notoriamente insoddisfatti della propria musica d’entrata. E, il fatto che per SmackDown a Perth, Australia, a Shinsuke Nakamura e agli Street Profits sia stata rimessa la loro vecchia theme song dei CFO$, non fa altro che aumentare questa controversia.

Wrestlevotes riporta da poco su X, che un numero alto di superstars, tra cui Sheamus e Drew McIntyre, hanno richiesto un cambio alla loro theme song, già da parecchio tempo.

‘Broken Dreams’ di Jim Johnston è una grande richiesta tra i fan di Drew McIntyre, lo scozzese l’ha riusata come intro di ‘Gallantry‘, la sua attuale theme, a Clash At The Castle 2022.
‘Written In My Face‘ per Sheamus è anch’essa una richiesta dei fan. Vedremo se il tempo accontenterà le nostre e le loro richieste.
