La WWE ha annunciato finora sette incontri per Summerslam. Il main show durerà almeno quattro ore perciò verranno aggiunti sicuramente altri match alla card. Ecco, quindi, quali sono i match confermati per l’evento:
- Fatal four way match for the Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar (c) vs Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe vs Braun Strowman; se Lesnar perde il titolo, lascerà la WWE;
- WWE Championship match: Jinder Mahal (c) vs Shinsuke Nakamura;
- Smackdown Women’s Championship match: Naomi (c) vs Natalya;
- Raw Women’s Championship match: Alexa Bliss (c) vs Bayley. Il match è in bilico a causa dell’infortunio di Bayley avvenuto nell’ultima puntata di Raw;
- United States Championship match: AJ Styles (c) vs Kevin Owens. Shane McMahon sarà l’arbitro speciale;
- Cruiserweight Championship match: Neville (c) vs Akira Tozawa;
- Randy Orton vs Rusev.
Possibili match che potrebbero essere aggiunti alla card sono:
- John Cena vs Baron Corbin;
- Finn Balor vs Bray Wyatt;
- Raw Tag team Championships match: Cesaro & Sheamus (c) vs Dean Ambrose e Seth Rollins;
- Number one contender’s match for the Raw Tag team Championships: The Hardy Boyz vs Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs The Revival;
- Intercontinental Championship match: The Miz (c) vs Jason Jordan;
- Sami Zayn vs Mike Kanellis;
- Big Show vs Big Cass.
