Nell’ultimo episodio di Raw, Roman Reigns ha sconfitto The Miz, diventando il nuovo campione intercontinentale.
Dopo lo show Roman Reigns ha dichiarato che intende istituire una open challenge per il suo titolo. Il primo a rispondere è stato Cedric Alexander, che ha affidato i suoi pensieri ad un post su Twitter, lasciando intendere che potrebbe rispondere alla sfida:
” Ho sentito solo “open challenge”, Comprende anche i cruiserweight? Solo un’ idea.”
