Quest’anno non ce l’hanno fatta i ragazzi della New Japan Pro Wrestling. Per due anni consecutivi infatti, Kazuchika Okada e Kenny Omega hanno vinto il premio per il miglior Match dell’anno, ma quest’anno no. Quest’anno la WWE, ma è più giusto dire NXT, si è portato a casa la vittoria grazie a un grandissimo Match fra Adam Cole e Johnny Gargano. Gli stessi protagonisti che, a pari merito con altri incontri, possiamo vedere anche in terza posizione. I due Match sono stati a New York e Toronto, e il primo è quello che ha sommato gli 8 voti che gli hanno valso la vittoria. Nota di merito ad altri grandi protagonisti, come Kofi Kingston, Daniel Bryan, Will Ospreay, Shingo Takagi e come sempre, ormai, le donne, Sasha Banks e Becky Lynch.
